1. Handling Time

When we receive an order, please note the following:

1.1	Orders normally ships within 48 hours.
1.2	Orders are not processed during weekends, all orders received on or after Thursday 4:00pm (GMT +8) and Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
1.3	Our products are shipped from China which requires 2 to 3 working days for your order to clear China's customs and may transit through other countries, hence Tracking Numbers are normally issued at least 3 working days after shipment (minimum 4 working days after payment), customers can find their tracking number by logging into their account on our online store.

 

2. Shipping Methods

2.1	For most countries customers have an option of either a Standard mailing service or Express courier service.
2.2	Standard Mail (10 to 25 days excluding handling time via Postal Registered Airmail service with simple postal tracking)
2.3	Express Mail (Normal tracking, 5 to 15 days excluding handling time via couriers such as DHL, SF Express, Fedex or UPS depending on the destination country).

 

3. Taxes and customs duties

3.1	Some countries may charge various customs duties and/or import taxes upon arrival of your order, LC Racing will not be liable for these or any other extra charges.
